Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Places gets worse by the day!

With all the changes coming to agency, operations you better get ready for more craziness. They cut agents pay, retirement bonuses, and SF stopped contributing towards their healthcare. If they will do that to agent's, you better believe that Total Rewards in 2027 will be very different. Agents are getting to see the true nature of this sh-t hole company. They will continue the churn and burn and pump and dump business model in claims. The 2040 McBurger workforce will continue to be a disaster and they will continue the accountability scam, meaning rules for the and not for me! Execs gotta get those bonuses! The day SF shuts down is the day the world becomes a better place. The Lemmings and corporate boot lickers are in corporate he-l heaven!

Big changes coming to Fire Company with the enhanced version of SFPSP. Basically SS for Fire Co! Plus huge need for people in Deployed or Proximity, may even be some offers coming! Whole lot less people needed for in-office!

Will be interesting to see what and who they cut in next round of exits. I would expect a huge ET contingent and any leader over 50.

@15b regardless of what they say, let them say it. This is not an authoritarian country. No one likes an authoritarian.

@OP you put this out here like all the time, at least come up with some new ridiculousness to talk about. Get a little creativity, maybe a little whimsy. Do a dance, puppet! Otherwise, just go away. I am sure there is a group of hating a-s boomers that you can complain with. Find your tribe! It's not us! No one likes you...

This is exactly what happens in an all about me and scree you world. It's a good lesson for the younger generation today. Glad to be out of the workforce enjoying what I worked for. Just know your leadership is the same and those attitudes up and down the food chain create chaos.

You can't file a class action because they get rid of the pension. Companies have been eliminating pensions for decades now and tons of case law and even a process defined by the federal government on how they have to do it. The agent's just lost their retirement bonus, their healthcare and SF reduced their compensation. If you don't think they are not going to slash your benefits/pension even more you a clueless and living in a dream world. Only 18% people working at SF are pension eligible anyways and they have effectively eliminated it through their reassign, torture, burn and churn, close offices, etc...to make people leave and ultimately take a highly reduced pension benefit...keeps their future funding to a minimum. Yes these are criminals running this place....just pure trash!

Yes part of State Farm's churn and burn.....lowest IQ, highly programmable sheeple, workforce. Make promises, tell them how great it is and here is their big chance knowing the whole time they will be fired within 12-24 or pressured out the door by some check the box leaders promoted or desperate just trying to hang on to a pension.. State Farm is a scam, plain and simple!

@c1 basically this boomer is talking about the younger generation of workers and how clearly he ( this has got to be a man with this level of ignorance) is expecting the company to continue to decline after boomers retire because the younger generations aren't qualified and feel entitled to more than they deserve.

They want less american employees and they dont want to fire anyone due to optics. So you just make it unbearable, under staff, under train, reassign people by force, into a role you know will make them quit. What better place than claims? Every day theres a delay to settlement is interest $$$$ in the bank.
