@a8 that is the thing though, isn't it? Since no criteria are used to determine except for their salaries or titles, or so it would seem, no one could expect an improvement, can they? There is no succession plan either. The answer to any question was, "I don't know." Who will replace them? "I don't know," Who will do their work? "I don't know." Truly, until morale improves, the beatings will continue.
