Is anyone really running reports to see who goes in the office?

My manager told me to go scan my badge at a CO 3 days a week and go back home.
Entire organization I am in decided to work from home and it has been years whatever thet said..2...3 days. ...I doubt if anyone cares.
That’s hilarious I’ve met store managers who “work from home” one day a week sometimes 2 and they count that as a working day. Meanwhile their asms and keyholders open and close the store, granted it’s a slow store and they still use that excuse to wfh

They will use that info when determining who is next to be cut. Easy method to ID more people. You weren't in compliance, so your next.
They should be checking on the Managers & Directors who do nothing all day.

Nothing to.worry about if you are going in the days you are supposed to. They are checking AI usage though. That I know for a fact.
