I have been asked as a care coordinator to switch work flows this month (June) and work new areas that I have never worked before. Everything came out of the blue a few days ago and other care managers from different department are now working the area that I worked and grown accustom to. Does anyone know what is going on?

@OP Not sure which state you're in but they have also divided up the Claim Liaisons & Research Specialists unit as well into other departments. Some will be going to the Configuration Department and others, to a brand new team created to focus on quality or something related to that. Too many State complaints and issues that seem to stem from incorrect provider set ups in the system and numerous other factors. I'm honestly surprised we are still in business with so many issues and complaints over the last several years. Perhaps they understand how overworked and overwhelmed everyone truly is or has been. We can only put a band aid on something so many times until they fix/cure the core or root of the problem(S) deep within.
