For sure. We absorbed work from our peers that we lost and then we keep getting work from other depts that lost people too.

Of course it is they want 80-90% of the infrastructure up before 2030 so they either have an option to A. Re-sign with union or go a different direction and be like Comcast since the older folks should be gone by then or B. A.I. will be in full swing and there’s no need for bodies just a skeleton crew for maintenance the writing is on the wall they think we don’t know
