And they deleted days from April and did not properly tracked May WTFffff

I came in 9 days in May and it shows I came in 19. LOL - Winning!
@ea and the fact that it's going to take until the next reporting cycle to fix is INSANE. They should be able to fix it now. Right. Now. The fact that they cannot is beyond ridiculous.
@ej if i ever get a straight answer from anyone I’ll be sure to share but I get the feeling it is deliberately hidden from us. I logged which dates I was in so I asked which ones weren’t counted
@ea where can we see day/level data to validate?
Per chat with HR, Thursday March 26th’s deletion is a known error affecting employees and will be re-instated on the next report. Why they can’t share this more widely? Who the fu-k knows!!
I usually stay for about 4 to 5 hours, and it gets counted. One day, I stayed for only 2.5 hours, and it got counted too.
@am SAME. I’m pi---d.
It won't matter if days count for certain amount of hours. That's just as of now. I think they have proven they will change the f rules as they see fit and without notice.
@c8 This! Better yet, print out copies to take home just in case. If the metrics suddenly change and you're put on a performance plan, this could save your bacon.
I hope everyone is printing the reporting to PDFs every month and taking screenshots for good measure.
I usually stay 4.5 to 5 hours max and they counted.
@a2 I stay for 6-7. If I have to stay for less it's documented as to why. If this is the hill the want to die on, they can do that. It's just such a waste of time, managerial overhead, and puts unnecessary stress on already stressed employees.
Their TTUS scores are absolutely abysmal and they know damn well the RTO rollout is a part of that. If they do retroactive reporting they can expect a bunch of ethics complaints, and even worse results.
If you are a user of a vdi computer, do not let them make you feel demoralized. That is 100% their problem not yours. The ball is in their court to prove that you met your numbers or not. I guarantee you it was some contractor clown in India who implemented this that probably never thought of vdi users when they were testing this rollout. They probably forgot about Mac users as well.
Just shrug it off and laugh at the incompetence of it all.
My Q1 data is fu---d up, but April-May were 100% correct. They're correctly removing PTO days from your available days as long as you record them in WD. I have no idea if some minimum threshold (# hours to count as a "day") got implemented. All my days were 8 hours plus a few minutes except for 1 day which was 7 hours.
Mine are correct for April and May
They went back and removed one of my days from MARCH so now it looks like I’m at 59% now instead of the 63% I was at.
I checked mine & it was accurate for April & May. I use hardwire connection & usually stay about 6 hrs.
Mine were accurate. I had a couple days where I had appointments and missed a couple hours. Those days still counted as in office days.
I'm a VDI user and mine are not accurate. This is so demoralizing and extremely frustrating.
Mine are accurate and April wasn't deleted
Mine also tracked correctly. I am generally in office eight hours but one day I had an appointment and was closer to six but still counted.
How many hours are you staying? Mine are accurate (for now) and I’ve been doing minimum 7 and some change (max 8 on the dot) because I’m sure they’re going to roll out and retroactively apply hours in office at some point.
