@db I could be wrong, but usually the warn notice is posted the day the masses are notified and then depending on your state your offboarding day is 30/60/90 days later. You aren’t going to see a warn notification before layoff notifications go out.

In the United States, the federal WARN Act (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act) requires companies with 100 or more employees to provide a 60-day advance notice to workers and the state's Dislocated Worker Unit before a mass layoff or plant closing.

As of now there is nothing for Georgia (my state)

I heard 15% and not 35%.. Having said that VCG is bloated with really really bad people..
