@e2 I heard it's some done the leaders who are staying. I would assume there is a huge ego problem with the majority of leaders at Dow.
I have heard some leaders are threatening to try and get severance packages pulled from employees that don't cater to their ever whim. Like cancelling prescheduled vacation days and being in the office every day from 8-5pm. After you've told an employee they aren't worth keeping, leave them alone.
Some leaders who have been laid off are going through a very difficult time because of their hyper-inflated sense of entitlement, grandiose feelings of superiority or uniqueness, delusions of infallibility, incessant disregard for the truth, perennial conniving and scheming to take advantage of others, feeling that rules and laws should not apply to them, and of course the need to debase others, coupled with callousness.
