Whether more cuts will happen next month or later in the year, everybody should know by now they're coming. The best way to stay sane is to be prepared. Start looking right now, even if you don't plan to leave unless you have to. Have a plan B AND a plan C.

After Halliburton lost frac contracts to Gore Nitrogen Pumping Service, the company is have 2 job fairs next week. And several new opening just went up on their website.
Two full time employees got laid off from my department and many contractors. Some got lucky and got saved and they were moved to another PSL.
No worries unless lazy or a complainer. Keep Grinding
