until leadership change there won't be any other strategy to lift Pepsico stocks other than cutting jobs and moving roles to cheap India
Not sure about July but signs are all heading towards another major cut.
Keep your resume current, document your work, and avoid emotionally overcommitting to a company that is openly budgeting for employee reductions.
