All this stuff about how we operate is only for sales and their go to market strategy, for everyone else there are no changes and no layoffs

@a5 yes there will be 3-5 people laid off in sales, every other group not being touched
There will most certainly be layoffs. It has been announced that products that are currently in maintenance are going to be retired. Well, there's not enough work in other areas to keep the people in those areas, even though there are some other products practically begging for more people.
