It was less than 50% before covid for many. 1 or 2 days a week for many.

HR is in place to protect the company, not the employee. As an employee, HR is NOT your friend... ever.
Prior to Covid the WFH requirement was working in the office 50 percent of the time so many would leave in the afternoon on Wednesday to finish the day at home and WFH Thur and Fri.
It was a FINRA rule but since Covid the rule has been relaxed and has not reverted back so this is a Fidelity thing not a compliance with FINRA situation.
