More shuffling around to add confusion; cuts to come during the chaos?

Do we know which products getting cut? Or is it going to be a few people from a lot of products to reduce size?
@151 lost all confidence when I saw who runs Quant. SV picked someone who loves managing up to CEO, BOD and ELT.

That product reorg email made no sense.
Delivering Results because of hardworking people including sales, products, & engineering and not any of the strategies. Q3 was all about people working above and beyond - nothing to do with initiatives from the CEO or new ELT members
Does anyone genuinely have confidence in the new C suite? It’s been painful to see what’s happened to this company over the past year. I have never seen such a bleak outcome in such a short time. It makes it SUPER hard to believe the June 3 layoff was an isolated incident. AI isn’t being used to author 27% of code commits. It’s a thin smoke screen. This reorg is just to make them feel like they’re doing something impactful. The disconnect between the C level and the people actually building the products we sell could not be more obvious
I agree @kn, new CTO is a bit over his head on this one.
This is opposite of what Phil tried to do in his last few years. New CEO said he wanted the company to work together, not in silos. Phil had been trying to simplify the org. Now, the org is fractured and this will only lead to more siloed work. Garbage strategy that comes from banking that will not work in fintech.
@hy team is O.K. & talented. Person leading it not so much. Bad manner and no insight into products or market as a whole — lack of professionalism
Short that QUANT team - Will be a headache for AI Foundry. Awful choice leading that group

Mega Product org needs 4 new "support services" as well
Data Refinery -- split content but don't align with engineering
Confusing product reorg. What is growth org vs. RCS?
Quant - validated with the weak choice there. They should ask clients & employees on what the interaction is. Being a PM for 20 years means nothing when someone is arrogant and dishonest.
