With all the H1Bs and outsourced roles (totaling millions of jobs), no wonder the job market is “down”. Not to mention, I know several people in office who got their children internships and full time roles here. This cr-p is ridiculous and all companies who partake in undermining American opportunities should be fined heavily and required to hire locally. Dont start with “lack of talent”. Thats a lie. We have more than enough, these companies just don’t want to train or pay Americans when they could do it for a fraction with foreigners.

@ag Thanks for the feedback, but the job market is brutal right now, if you’ve been following the trend. Honestly, in my shoes, I’d probably have a better chance winning a lawsuit than landing a job.
By no means am I a lawyer nor claim to be one, but if you have the time, resources, and a better lawyer than these corporations do, then full send it lmao. Just know it takes more time to litigate a case vs taking the time to find an employer that is tolerable. Juss sayin'...
I agree. I think we’re companies are increasingly prioritizing themselves. Has anyone tried to file a lawsuit against these wrongful hiring/ termination practices? I want to hear what are the chances of finding any justice if I do proceed with it?
