I call bullsh-t. This is all about money and nothing else. Why else would they get rid of one of our best performers with impeccable record and decades of experience?

Exceeds expectations, key contributor here. Was repeatedly told my job was safe and I was irreplaceable. Absolutely glowing reviews and recent promotion. This is all about cost and offshoring to India. Chris needs a private Olympics box! Be a team player.
It seems like they let go some of the high earner sales people because they made too much $$ and wanted to hire people commission only now? RIP CDW.
