RTM jobs listed on job boards

I’ve seen some RTM jobs listed on job sites. Who’s to say that they’re not going to hire from the outside!? Think about it, they could save a lot of money that way.
I hope they hire from within the company.

I was going to take the buyout and start at Kroger ASM training program in January and found out last week they won't consider my part time experience with the company. I became full time 22 months in, then a sales rep less than 10 months later. I thought I would get 10 wks for nearly 6 yrs of employment but I will be 2 wks shy of 4 yrs (without part time yrs) if they can us oct 2. This company just keeps taking.

I was researching kroger asm and found out they had lawsuits for working asm 50-60 hrs a week and made them exempt for overtime. The asm's work alot of stocking, registers, floors and such.

I know I have only 1 RMS that actually gets in the field and works. He's worked nearly 7 days a week for the last 3 years. Barely a week vacation a year and 2 surgeries and worked the entire time. He constantly has merchandisers call in or quit and he has to fill in gaps bc upper management won't allow any help at all. They won't approve positions to be opened and won't approve merchandisers overtime to help out. I have covered 2-3 routes at a time, for long extended periods, as a salesrep due to not having help and the MMM refusing to open reqs for atleast 5 months at a time.
It sounds like we qualify for the exact same lawsuit as kroger, as well as the new RTM roles.

@a4 it's not a matter of how many seasoned people they keep on the want people who are d-mb enough to apply and stay roll stinks and the ones that stayed regretted staying

@OP I've thought the same thing. It will be interesting to see how many seasoned employees are kept on versus new outside hires. Start over all the vacation, start over the pay. It's a tactic. This entire process is already forcing out seasoned employees. That was clearly part of the goal.
