Hotel Boulderado workers are organizing to form a union. This effort follows layoffs, reduced hours, and increased workloads. These changes occurred after AJ Capital Partners bought the hotel in March 2025. Approximately two dozen employees have lost their jobs since the acquisition. Workers cite concerns about job security and declining service quality.
