Has anyone been removed from their team and put on temporary assignment with no team or supervisor to report to since the VSP came out? Curious if people that have were already slated to be cut loose. Seems odd they would restructure before the VSPs are approved or denied.

@ab I didn’t even complete the survey because we know it’s not anonymous like they claim.

@ab I was brutally honest in the latest Centene Voice. I asked my people leader if it would hurt him if it I did and he told me to be honest. They won't care but I felt better lol

In our market, we have a team that was pulled to do something different but not sure if there’s anything to it.
Was told that I’ll be getting a new reassignment as soon as one was available.
