When and which teams would be impacted

Vishal Sikka needs to become CEO.
In my area they are restructuring teams to make layoffs easier. For example, we have a a few teams filled with DEI candidates such as immigrants and women and they all have a German manager based at WDF or ROT. For sure these managers are giving the worst possible WHAT and HOW scores on performance management. Basically they want the DEI candidates to quit and find another job. If you had a similar reorganization in your area and if you are a women or immigrant, time to update your CV.
In other parts though, they are trying hard to create fake jobs like Chief of Staff, Engineering Excellence teams, Head of AI, etc. These jobs are created to give better salary hikes and RSUs to the management friends and family. You can easily identify these jobs with "preferred candidates" where the job description doesn't match the actual role that is needed but in fact perfectly matches the CV of their preferred candidate. Don't bother applying to these roles and report them to the Works Council as this is not allowed in Europe, namely Germany and France.
Overall, it seems that almost everyone is going to get 2 or 3 stars on their WHAT and HOW. And a few people will get 4 stars. The ones with 2 are the people who will be eventually laid off.
Sap does need layoffs , too much employees and too much duplicate products . Very confusing .

The whole goal of areas likes this is to share inside tips and rumors so you make your own opinion and prepare BEFORE it gets official.
