Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

As a Shareholder ...

In order to protect my investment, I would prefer to see the decision makers replaced, than the workers, who deliver the revenue. I can get into debt myself, I don't need their help. I want them to report revenue!

OP, why are you still invested in ORCL? If you are a real investor you should have limits established. You get nothing for riding a stock down. Even if you are an employee you should get rid of your shares as soon as they vest unless the company is in a solid upward trend. You have enough invested in the company by being employed there. Diversify your risk. Take the money from the RSUs and invest somewhere else. This way when you lose your job and the stock tanks to don't get beat down twice.

They layoff all worker bees but promote incompetent mgt, including SC leads. One never even work outside of Oracle. Complete joke.

@OP,
If you're "investing" in ORCL, you're gambling that the OpenAI deal will work out. Roll them dice!
