Seriously, do the execs really think that their fake happiness and positivity is fooling anyone here? I’ve been here for 12 years and every single person that I know is miserable. Does anyone know even one employee that has a positive outlook for the company right now?

Everyone is miserable due to heavy workload from continuous job cuts.
As Modonna once sang a song thar started something like this .... "Life is a misery...." or was that Weird Al Yankovich.
The disappointment in your post reminds me of my dinner last night that my Wife cooked "Meatloaf again?"
Hang in there!
We aren’t miserable. We enjoy the high paychecks. Our day to day really isn’t affect by upper leadership. Except for the systems which su-k a-s but that has been this way for years. I’d be content working here at the store until I retire in 25 years. The issue is the severe lack of job security and fear of store closures.
@bj what an arrogant pr--k. I'm glad stuff worked out in your life. But inside you are a miserable human being.
We're just another statistic to management.
No this is just a paycheck now..that’s all. I’m almost close to retirement and hoping I last 1 more year at this poorly run company…it’s so sad to see the demise of this once great company.
@OP I have a positive outlook! 34 years of seniority, unionized with a big fat pension and my work could not be easier, no fear of layoffs, great healthcare, personal time and the list goes on and on...join a union
