@ag Clearly, they don't care about clients. They are running a pyramid scheme in which new clients replace those bailing due to the terrible service. If they can keep getting new clients and that all important cash flowing into their pockets, they consider themselves successful. It ain't a problem until it's their problem.

The vast majority of the role eliminations disproportionately impacted the U.S.-based workforce. In contrast, the offshore division, particularly in India, was shielded from the reductions.This outcome points to a deliberate operational shift to reallocate roles offshore. Furthermore, a strategic review of personnel records indicates that specific organizational titles were amended prior to the RIF. These title changes effectively insulated offshore senior leadership from the downsizing. Consequently, leadership teams in the offshore regions had advance knowledge of the restructuring scope and how to navigate it, whereas onshore management appears to have lacked visibility into the strategy or the impending impact on U.S. teams.

@a1 If the layoffs made since, than this would be true, but this is nothing more than to cut costs and save their butt. In many cases this only hurts our clients.

Don't look at them as layoffs. Consider them as opportunities to compete for that next position!
