They're the source of all our problems. How much major damage do they have to cause before someone acts? They're the ones who need to lose their jobs.

I think one of the hardest things for people to accept is that this place presents itself as a society built on free markets, privacy rights, and individual freedoms. The biggest lie ever told, next to "merit." Those ideals are constantly promoted as foundational values, but there is a deep gap between what is promised in principle and reality. My biggest regret was listening to and trusting my own mentors and believing our institutions were good and honest people, not manipulative and self-serving. I'd rather just have a simple life, but I also have people in my life I intend to take care of and provide for. I only plan to build to a point where I can secure a comfortable life for those I love and then I'm done with this stuff. I used to build out of passion. That passion is officially gone. I wish I never said I was going to do great things and have a voice one day, because I don't even care anymore after what I endured for saying that. I was determined to focus on my craft, only to have them retaliate destroy any sense of focus I had. To the people who know me that I distanced myself from out of self-love/self-respect, I hope you grow up and choose to live a better life where you learn to move on and leave people alone. Dealing with random people on top of real crimes these people were committing to mess with my life all because I spoke up. Read the room, I was dealing with / am still dealing something serious. If I told you the things they did to me, you would never believe what I've endured, including things I endured as a kid myself without realizing these same people were responsible for abuses back then. It's legit some mental hazing experiment sh-t. I don't know why this has been allowed to continue on for so long. I swear this is some CIA torture sh-t I've been dealing with.
Damage to some people is already done. It’s not always management. That’s the worst sometimes it’s coworkers.
Jim Farley is not a good CEO, he knows very little what people want and Fords become a Recall Giant . Fords a mess with one car plus moral at its worst. Fire Farley and get a Real CEO that knows something about cars and trucks. And don't let Bill Ford do anything but go to events..
As long as Fartley and Billy are involved the company will continue to make bad decisions and flounder.
