I keep hearing about more layoffs coming. I know it might be nothing, but I'd rather get my resume ready and be smart about things just in case.

@c1 I'd like to propose that the team formerly called O2 , with locations in Colorado and Texas, be specially handled by the vendor to be loved GCC.
There are always layoffs. Small ones to stay under the radar and not trigger the WARN act.
However, the bigger ones will start this fall, as jobs are transferred over to the GCC in large scale.
There have been several meetings discussing how to execute the headcount transfer. Most likely entire groups will be wiped out in the US. It is easier that way.
There will ALWAYS be “more layoffs coming”.
