Not sure if this has something to do with pending layoffs?

- Broadspire provides services for many companies that appear on thelayoff.com. Once in a while, I browse the ”Latest Posts”. I see a lot of posts mentioning LOA requests due to ”debilitating stress caused by toxic work environments”. In addition, seeing increasing LOA posts following RTO* mandates.
Perhaps, Broadspire may be experiencing a sudden massive increase in LOA requests. As per the Macrotrends website, the Broadspire parent company, Crawford & Company (CRD.A), has seen a steady growth in revenue since Q4 2020.

Its BAU for them, sc--wed me on LOA for cancer, took 90 days to process, went into surgery not knowing if leave was approved. Je-ked me around with a life threatening illness as well, took weeks to get back to me. They aspirate bovine posterior.
They are always incompetent and useless, it feels like they don’t explain things to you in purpose so you can get fire for not providing documentation correctly.
I been dealing with it for a whole month now
what is broadspire
Hard to co-ordinate with Broadspire since 15 years ago.Twice i have to deal with them for 2 different medical condition which are more than 10 years apart and both times … major stress and lack of response or no response from Broadspire. I asked my peers before and they told me same thing. Goodluck.
Beyond the usual incompetance at all things?
