After 6 months of no word, or strategy from the top level: 70% of my team just got RIFd.
The company is calling these "redundancies" however there is no way there is another team capable of carrying our projects forward.

hWP was where I was situated. I think this is round one of two for all of compliance below Sr. Director level.
Do the employees themselves know yet?

How many people did the RIF in compliance amount to?
