@bc I'm sure everyone knows this and are lookibg to leave, Just that the job market isn't that great right now.
Advice to everyone...leave this place. The mgt is awful..there is no future...go forth and find a better environment
In the US it's 1 week per year up to a maximum of 12 weeks from what I've seen, and that's if they pay out at all. There is no requirement to do this in the US.

It depends on your location. Open Text will always offer the minimum that falls within the laws of the state, province, country, etc. that you are employed in.
