@cy wells employees more woman than men. Always has. Vast majority of rto exceptions are female. Entire hierarchy in hr is 90% women.
Dont fool yourself in believing men, white men have any chance unless you are already c-suite because of your relationship with chaz.
@d9 I work with A LOT of Indians and let me assure you they do what they can to avoid doing any work. Considering a career change after almost 20 years here simply because I can’t stand to work with them any longer.

@d9 If you think that Indian employees as a whole are some beacon of sainthood I have a bridge to sell you (and then another 7 bridges cuz 8 is great). I can tell you there were several widespread fraud events involving Indian employees. One of them will falsify something, then pass it off to another one to copy. They dgaf about ripping off anyone and anything as long as they get paid by the end of the day, perfect for WF actually.
Work they are paid to do huh, that's weird because I've seen a metric S ton of their work that was absolute garbage. Guess that's what they got hired to produce. Get outta here.
@cy .Indians do not work cheaper. They are not allowed to do that. They make lots of money in California, they drive BMWs, Teslas and Mercedes Benz and live in million dollar houses.

Weird. As per laid off folks logic, Indians tend to work for cheaper which is making american layoffs. But women get paid lower than men, so why are they not letting all men go and just hire women?

@C5 usually they don't bring them over, they just keep the department in India and layoff the American workers. Happened several times throughout my career at WF and they get pissy when you tell them its outsourcing.
We have brought over so many indians. Why are we laying off Americans to bring over indians?
