I’ve probably done at least 10 VOE’s and they always said it was anonymous and I truly believe it is because the last five I have absolutely trashed management with the lowest possible score 🤣🤣🤣. And I’ve asked to be laid off for the last three years and I’m still here doing one hour of work every day. Anyone else think this place is completely clueless?

Lay off hard working citizens. Hire in offshore. Hire more offshore and onsite contractors. Fire more Citizens and repeat.

If you noticed prior years' VOE's were released first week of September, always.
Very suspicious Sh!tibank released it 2 months early, now in July.
Latest survey was spot on, as if they were reading thelayoff.com website to write the questions. I lied on everything, random 1-2-4-3-5-3-2- on whatever.

Quit? Why? They might be one of the ICs at SVP+ level - who would give up that income?
