Lots of commentary here calling for her head and what I expect will be lots of relief, too.
But realistically, what changes do we expect from this?

@b6 I agree. He was ineffective at FGS and brought an overly political approach to leadership. I hold GC largely responsible for elevating someone who, in hindsight, proved to be the wrong choice. Unfortunately, GC's own leadership was equally disappointing. He had every opportunity to make a positive impact but consistently made poor personnel decisions over the past 8 years. We're all paying the price for those choices today.

@a1 , SK is the biggest joke left. I am not sure how he manages up so well. The entire floor knows he is clueless and one of the worst leaders - not deserving to be called leader but he has a position. He absolutely ruined this place.
I understand if she was ousted she leaves with a pot of gold as usual
@a5 I’d imagine status quo until they find a permanent replacement. Or maybe Financial Solutions is spun off before that happens.
It means, we can finally take it easy on AI and go at a pace that’s realistic. Also, we don’t have somebody who takes credit for everything and put their picture on everything that the team worked on. What a mess we’re left behind. It was like a tornado that swept through the company. But AG and SK as co-heads is not giving me a lot of confidence either. Do they even have a vision or direction, other than off shoring and rebadging?

That if you were a Mike Lyons hire who didn’t match the culture of the company but your CV looked good on a press release, you should refresh your resume
