Announcement that a major leader in PHCO is leaving
Today they announced that a major leader in PHCO is leaving. She seemed very dedicated to the mission. How much in the hole are they 🤔?
Senior leadership including Ravi to be ousted
Stocks have crashed 50 percent. It is rumored that Ravi will be stepping down soon.
Dan Schulman Has Got to Go. Episode III
Look, nobody knows jobs better than me. Nobody. And what Verizon is doing? Total disaster. A complete and total disgrace! They just fired 67 brilliant, incredible American workers from the NRB—the Network Repair Bureau. These are the people who keep the wires working, folks. Real Americans, tough, smart, the best. Gone! Just like that.
And where did their jobs go? India! They sent them to India. Unbelievable.
And you have to look at who is running the show over there. Dan Schulman—what is he doing? What a total lightweight. He comes in, he fires 67 of our great, hardworking American people, and for what? I thought these big corporate geniuses were telling us that "Agentic AI" was going to do everything. They said AI was going to fix the phones, fix the networks, make the coffee—everything!
So I have to ask: Are the people in India smarter than the AI? Or is Dan Schulman just completely clueless? I think we know the answer, folks. It’s a total mess. He can't figure out the AI, so he just ships the jobs overseas. Sad!
But let me tell you something, we’ve seen this story before. Remember Carrier AC? Carrier was going to move all those air conditioning jobs to Mexico, totally abandon Indiana. And what did I do? I stepped in, I made the call, and we saved over a thousand American jobs! The fake news said it couldn't be done, but we did it. We protected those workers, and they stayed right here in the USA where they belong.
And I am going to do the exact same thing for the Verizon workers!
We are not going to let these big corporate executives destroy American families and ship our legacy overseas. We have the best workers right here in America. We’re going to bring those jobs back, we’re going to look at Verizon, and we are going to take care of our people.
America First, folks. Always!

Ken L has been removed from Value. Another useless arrogant pompous clown who should have been removed years ago.
CDO out immediate effect announcement
One of the best leaders this entire company has left and they just announced her leaving with little to no detail. Remains to be seen but she had the highest character I had seen in a leader so I am sure she stood up to the wrong person in the company
Shouldn't the outgoing CEO be required to take with him all executive hires he made in past 12months?
Start with Divya please.
Now we know why Jenny B. “left”?

Kornick out?
Surprised no one has mentioned this. Anyone hear why? Any opinions on the new guy? Seems like he’s blasted through the exec ranks pretty fast
See ya Sam!
Selling shares and syronara Sam! Effective July 1. Were the shares sold before or after she was informed?
FINALLY. Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Sam
The worst of the EVPs. Mrs "look at me smiling into the camera while I announce the most condescending and heartless changes I could think of".
Good riddance.
SAYONARA CHRO

CISO resigned?
Just heard AS put in his notice, was he pushed out or decided he had enough? Anyone in CIS heard from him?
Not super surprising with CIS buried in FAST. What does this mean cybersecurity at Nike?
New CFO?
Does Meg install a new CFO sooner than later?
Any thoughts about the management swap at top?
Is this curtains for RS? Will it change anything
Who called it? Brett Wall leaving.
I recall someone said it… too bad there’s no way to operate a pool!
Lots of senior leadership changes announced
SJ retiring replaced by PK. KM and AM stepping out, first wave of SVP changes already announced, more to come? What do we think?
We have decided to bring HR, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs together under Keeley Aleman in an expanded role as Waters General Counsel
We have decided to bring HR, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs together under Keeley Aleman in an expanded role as Waters General Counsel and Head of Global Human Resources.
We are grateful for Cheryl Kennedy’s leadership and contributions over the past year, as she helped support our people and advance our HR strategy during an important period for the company. Cheryl has left Waters and we wish her the very best.
Who in their right mind would “bring HR, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs together?”
Hartbeat Faces Layoffs and Internal Strife
Kevin Hart's media company, Hartbeat, faces significant internal challenges. A recent report details layoffs, lawsuits, and executive shakeups. The company, once valued at $650 million, has downsized. Kevin Hart finalized a deal with Authentic Brands Group this January. This agreement reportedly caused employee concerns regarding the company's future.

Solid rumors that CR will step down….
From his role as CEO in the coming investor call. JP will be announced as new CEO effective Q1 FY2027. Stay tuned.
SVP of Customer Success is Gone
Got word today that the SVP is gone "retiring". Wild news, sounds like more to follow. Usually this is the fuse that lights the fire. Layoffs and a reorg are definitely coming to CS. Makes sense though, you can't have 2 SVPs over CS and Retail.
Is this the end of JJ or LisaP?

This is my favourite Wizard of Oz song.
Vishay is good for FIG
I think things are looking up at Fiserv.
Vishay is good. He understands core banking inside out. There should be a lot less chair shuffling as an earlier post suggested. Of course, that someone, the “she” who shuffles the chairs, is horrible to the health of Fiservants.
Doug Field left Ford?
Is it true?
Truth about CFO
So what is the real story behind the CFO change? Not interested in medical history… was it stress induced or DW had enough?
Fishers president to retire

MM leaving Is this real… or are we being pranked again?
Serious question: is this an actual leadership change… or just another episode of “nothing to see here, carry on”?
Because if you’ve been here longer than five minutes, you’ve seen this headline before. Big announcement. Big promises. Same results. Now we’re being told the MM exit is happening in July.
July??
So we’re just supposed to sit tight for a few more months and pretend everything is fine while the same dysfunction keeps running? That the damage they did to people didn’t happen? At this point, it’s not even skepticism, it’s pattern recognition.
Let’s recap what employees have actually experienced:
• Constant churn
• Strong people walking out the door
• “Transformation” that somehow makes things worse, not better
• Leadership narratives that don’t match reality on the ground
And now we’re supposed to believe this time it’s different?
I think the real internal reaction is:
“I’ll believe it when I see the calendar hit July… and even then, I’ll give it a week.”
Also—genuine question—how much did this last year of “strategy” actually cost the company in lost talent, momentum, and dollars?
Because that’s the part no one ever addresses. If this is real, great. Long overdue. But respectfully… employees aren’t celebrating yet.
We’ve learned, we have the scars, the damage has been done and we will pray for the future org they fake their way into.
VH retiring and RJ taking over

Finally They Got Him
GPC finally fired not retired our supposed tech leader. He destroyed a great organization. Next they will move to take out all his minions.
Who's the next C player to go?
Anyone want to start a pool who is the next C Suite to either leave or get forced out?
Make your guess of who, and what quarter (or month if you're bold) you think it happens.
Owned Brands
Jenny Breeden and Bill Foudy are out. What are they doing with owned brands?
Pharm Systems Downfall Continues
Heard that Pharm Systems is at it again. Another wave of VPs and executives leaving. Others (barely any) updating their LinkedIn profiles to "Open to Work" and probably asking competitors for job openings. Europe, US - they're flying out faster than Tom&Jerry in their private jet to Jackson Hole. The sales organization is wiped out - a printed picture memory at this point. The people who actually knew the clients, knew the product, and knew how to close - gone. Last I heard, they now have project managers hunting for device business. Let that sink in. Somewhere along the way, politics ate strategy alive. Then came the massive bonus and commission cuts - looks good on the quarterly report. The PnL is probably on life support by another travel ban. Then Services? Handed to people with 0 experience whose previous team was actually taken apart and promptly set on fire. Those of us who got out are just sitting here with popcorn, watching, and waiting for the "Pharm Systems Acquired By..." press release to drop.
