He was working at PNC for 13 years. Any feedback about him, good or bad? Comment of his work style? What might he be executing at Truist?
Also, why did he leave PNC after such a long time. Passed over for CEO role?
Thank you - a Truist employee
Surprised no one has mentioned this. Anyone hear why? Any opinions on the new guy? Seems like he’s blasted through the exec ranks pretty fast
SJ retiring replaced by PK. KM and AM stepping out, first wave of SVP changes already announced, more to come? What do we think?
The new head of strategy was supposed to retire after the Hess integration. Why didn’t he? Is it because we don’t have anyone else capable?
Thoughts?

There’s NO Way the board will keep pushing gramps on stage for much longer. Analysts suggest Verizon is shopping execs in Europe. Does anyone keep up with Vodaphone Execs who might make the jump to save a sinking big red?
It is all over the news

Brady knew he was in the way out or had long planned on retiring.

I hope that Shulman does shake things up... but what is the point if Sampath is CEO in 2 years... if this guy's right we are sc--wed regardless.
Who in the world is next up for CEO? Seems like there is a big crop of senior leaders up for forced retirement at the same time (MW, MN, CN, BN) that are going to cause a massive daisy chain. No one super promising in the 50-55 year old range.
How can a company as large as Kroger given Rodney's age and tenure not had a succession plan in place? Please go external and clean house in the executive ranks. Nobody internally is capable.
