@j2 offshore will be replacing us all. this is why you will find leaders taking extended PTO lately and are on LinkedIn with the “open to work” badge on their profile.
Why else would they be hiring hundreds of OGA employees? We don’t need that many as extra help, they’re definitely replacing us

@e7 Allina… 100% getting laid off sometime this year. I just wish I knew the exact timeline.

Mine is moving to COE also, are you in the revenue cycle? I have been worried about layoffs for a while now since they have hired lots of offshore workers and are having us train them and now we are training a trainer to train even more offshore workers. Makes me think we are going to be gone soon.

Which dept(s) is/are impacted?
There’s always a possibility for a rif. But I wouldn’t think so. The COE is made up of different department towers. They could just be moving your department into one. For instance we have a payments coe, a credits coe, etc.
