Thoughts on anyone who just attended the town hall? What a load of BS. I am sure all the staff on the call appreciated the UM Tech slide and AI taking over their jobs. Questions in the chat on VSP, were responded with VSP is not part of this presentation, we have no further updates to share, appreciate this is a stressful time and the VSP decision is a personal one. Basam and team could not be anymore disrespectful. So disingenuous to your valued employees. Disgraceful!!!

@OP I was at the town hall. 8 years at Centene and I said yes to the VSP. Watching leadership completely ignore the VSP topic was surreal. Inquiries in the chat were followed with this is not part of the presentation. Another gem was when it was shared that we are on track for the goal of "Fostering the One CenTeam Culture." No words! Good luck everyone!

Fully AI automated UM. They won’t even need peoples earned knowledge, they just plug policies into AI (very likely approved by Govt and Local Govts). They’ll need very few people to check AIs work, and even then those roles will be outsourced. “Mission Simplify”.

@a5 Under Auth Intake tab. They showed case creation automation. Include automate submission completeness. Automate verification of member benefits, eligibility, coverage limits and prior authorization. For the nurses, Clinical AI Engine for review, decisioning and case summarization.
