It’s PIP season
No reason to stay here other than a paycheck, it's not a place to learn, grow, or advance your career anymore. The writing's on the wall.
@OPThey take control of their career in their hand before it's too late. EM can PIP you out any time so why not working somewhere else that not only you should not be scared of losing your job but also being appreciated
A lot of those folks were from Australia and change of control to Woodside just happened. The people went with the operatorship.
Postings about leaving EM are not NSI PIL folks yet. Communications to NSI folks not started yet.
Because it sux here.
If those postings were pushed out then why all the long and glory posts touting how best of fhe time they had working for XX years, etc. Cringworthy!
They were all NSI'd and asked to take the PIL, retire, or be terminated for cause.
Because XOM I doesn’t care for people, the opportunities are getting worst, salaries flat and benefits are getting worst. In addition, every single new upgrade is a downgrade and they want rid of HC10 who can find better opportunities
