Has anyone successfully negotiated or countered the severance offer? If so, did Humana accept your counteroffer? I’d also be interested in hearing what you negotiated (such as additional pay, extended benefits, or other terms) and whether you felt the process was worthwhile.

I can't stand Humana but trying to negotiate that would be laughable. Its actually pretty generous and I am actually surprised they still offer it.
