Unfortunately, our government is so corrupt that our politicians are owned either by AIPAC and their forever wars for Israel, and now comes the Indian version of AIPAC that steals American jobs for H1bs.

H1B has done NOTHING good for the USA.

Yes H1B is a huge issue.
The second biggest issue is the STEM OPT. There are plenty of American talented folks, but they do not get a chance because contractors are hired at $35, $40/hr rates, with kickbacks involved.
TCS is the biggest example of kickbacks and connections with leadership, including directors.

I do not understand why for outsourcing the company only looks at the worst companies, TCS, Infosys, Incedo, Brillo, ICS .. why cant they work with standard American companies.

Judging by how well JD's MOU with Iran has fallen apart in less than in a month, I don't want him touching anything to do with the H-1B problem. The dude exudes beta energy, and failure follows him with everything he does.

The H-1B visa is for run of the mill talent. O-1 is for individuals with exceptional abilities. Vance seems to be confusing the two.

This makes for good press but this “investigation” will be buried as soon as the lobbyists for the large corporations that hire H-1Bs come calling.

Elections are extremely expensive and therefore politicians can’t afford to bite the hands that fund them.
