I was laid off at end of January with a 2 month severance. To date they still have not asked for their laptop, monitors or anything else back. At what point is this considered mine at this point?

My department leadership kept my bny laptop. BNY technology could not find it.
@p7 should have, but failed. Like you. A veritable failure.
@p7 you are an expert on stu.pid and you are the epitome of stu.pid. Go chase yourself
The stupidity in these comments. Its never considered yours and your mgr should have requested boxes the day you were done or had you drop them off
keep RAM & hard disk, and crack the screen. Then ship it back with a bank provided shipping label in a box that is far too large for the laptop and is weighted with bricks, scrap metal and old school styrofoam peanuts, the kind that seem to cling to everything and blow around in nary a breeze.
I kept mine. Monitors, dock, upgraded spec'd out laptop. I have no use for them at all, but they withheld my last paycheck, so I'm happy they have to buy another $3k laptop for someone else..
You can drop it off at the guard station at any time.
Selll the RAM. Easy to remove from these Dell laptops.
I told them I destroyed mine, which I did. :)
Leave it at the top of your driveway and try to let someone know it's ready for pickup. First come, first served.
You've done your duty and the ball is in the bank's court.
They will ask for both. The only thing you keep is the keyboard and mouse
Same. I did contact them and they said there was a backlog…that was 4mths ago.
Never.
You do not want to use this obsolete old junk.
It is their cr-ppy property. Just power it down and throw it in a closet and keep it there. They eventually will come asking and send you a UPS box. For laughs, you can send a note with it telling them you have a storage fee of $1000 a month plus a $1000 monthly management fee. So that’s $12,003.99 you want to get paid. Add $3.99 for a roll of duct tape too….
And when you send it back, make sure you duct tape it real real real good. Over and over and over…. Gotta keep that data secure ya know. 😉
