@ac It’s really strange, unexpected and unfair to have 2nd round of layoffs in IDC while EMEA first round of layoffs is not done yet.

@OP It's totally understandable that there is going to be anxiety (more than there is now, in general these days) when a date is mentioned.
All I can say - as if it helps - is just take it under advisement, and network like there's no tomorrow. Best ways to find something or even score an interview is to apply as soon as the job is posted, and even better, get a referral from your contacts.
I'm starting to wonder when Uncle Larry is going to regret this decision. They won't have any employees left. Let's see AI do all the work. snicker
