Procedure of getting fired after Less Than Meet?

2 Inconsistently Meets in a row and you are gone with no severance and probably no bonus. New normal. Expect the "don't call it a bell curve" to evolve to force a higher ratio of IM or lower ratings. Happy Hanukkah.
I wonder if Saul got "IM" for the hub debacle. He had to have the Hubs for Cloud PC, and less than two years later, they're pretty much gone, along with a $40MM write off.
@k0 true. I received a Does not meet recently. I expect to be fired sooner. The writing is on the wall. Slick way to not have to pay severance after many, many, many years. I figured it would evolve to this.
One means you get fired sooner, one means you get fired later.
There is no difference. Tech has been told Be is mandating % does not meet. So some mgrs are rotating the dnm person so they don’t have to fire people
based on my organization... you'd need to be actively trying to su-k at your job to get the lower rating at "mid-year" or whatever they're calling out. They were handing out "meets" to everyone, even the worst performers.
Two points of data to determine trend lines. Beauty
Meets last mid-year
Inconsistently meets last year-end
Was told I may be laid off in Q3, expecting the 21st to be my last day.
