Wealth is going to have few more changes . Many grade8 s will take up g7 roles and many g8/9s will be let go . They should merre wealth with brokerage

Few SLs in CKSI data team moved from G8 to G7 .They should be happy that they have the jobs .There is no need for SLs in many of these platform teams
How many roles have impacted? Noticed many G8's were made G7s in last few days in Data /software engineering. Don't know the reasons though.
I don’t even understand what’s happening. I see many got laid off and joined again for sure because of their h1 and contacts
I had a feeling something big would be approaching. Our group in CE FI merged with Wealth end of last year and we haven’t heard a peep about anything. And we’re not allowed to join townhall and org meetings since we’re horrifically understaffed. I’ve never seen a more toxic, depressing environment. I wonder if cuts will hit this CE FI Group?
Expect fireworks for all grade's especially 4's and 5's. Trying to buy lunch/drinner for my SVP's and A0's to save my job
