Was the final HC ever reached? I’m certain there’s discussions if Intel is over count. I think they are hiring as a matter of fact.

Intel is probably the only company that is laying off people due to corporate incompetency rather than "AI efficiency". INTC shares are artificially kept at high levels (thanks to the US gov bullying the major players that do not chip in to fund Intel using tariffs) but the reality is there has been no good progress in its management over the last 10 years! This means no matter how many customers make deals with Intel, they will still suffer from poor execution, missed deadlines, underperforming technology, and constantly moving goal posts to cover up internal failures. I am curious to see how long the bullied companies will be able to withstand the pressure of paying without getting anything in return. I think as soon as Trump leaves, the true fate of Intel will become clearer.
