Can we catch a break?

How is anyone supposed to stay motivated when layoffs are constant? There's no stability, no security. All of us are just waiting for our number to come up.

@a3 Not sold but a merger into one of blackrock/vanguards other conglomerates they already own. FIS's perceived value can be folded in that way. No external company would buy this company especially now with AI Advancements. Its trivial to build the software FIS provides. It's down from here.

@OP do whatever it takes to get yourself through it. Have a completely separate activity that gives you some peace and strength. Take your joy where you can get it. You deserve it.

If there was any plan that did NOT involve selling off FIS, leadership would have explained its layoff plans and declared no more for the next twelve months or so... the only thing that makes logical sense is that FIS is to be sold.
