Centers of Expertise?

I swear the further we get into these auxiliary center closures the more focus is on these Centers of Expertise and how much bull is truly going on behind the scenes (aka the abysmal failure of what they are trying to accomplish). If they aren't rife with integrity issues, there are constant swapping and trading of AD's and Managers like Pokemon cards all because one of the AVP's they brought in (Boyd-Spear) and all subsequent leadership based out of retail care ONLY about the number on the scorecard. No actual GAF about the customers. Now I am willing to bet after the utter shtshow that Boyd Spear has been as AVP over customer care, she is about to get swapped out with this new lady they brought in, Jenna. I swear here in Richardson everyone is walking on literal eggshells daily because no one wants to say the quiet part out loud....that NONE of this is working. They gave that jack** Louie Lewis all of Loyalty when his background is Retail and have the audacity to be shocked when he has led the org straight into the ground? The only one who seemed like they knew WTF they were doing was Hissim and she got shifted around to the other side of the country. Now there is just sheer confusion in the Richardson Center because no one knows who's in charge. Farrell has been absent for WEEKS now on some kind of LOA and the level of secrecy around it tells me and several others he's on his way out and not via retirement. Mesa isn't any better. Two AD's drop kicked by Lewis and replaced twice after that. At what point do shareholders start to look at L3 and higher for some house cleaning?

Makes sense why Boyd spear put the louie guy in place. Both of them actively hype themselves up to a sickening degree without anything to show for it. Christy swink herself dropped into our center in richardson at RANDOM like a month back without any heads up to anyone and im sure it was to see if what these two jackasses were saying they were doing and what was actually happening were one in the same. It wasnt. On top of that there is an active asset protection investigation going on involving the center too because tjey keep meeting with random reps, myself included, about leadership. I doubt anything will come of it but the best outcome is they hadouken him, all the ADs and Boyd spear out of care. Its miserable here. Im just waiting for one of the dozens of applications to respond and I'm outta here.

Hissim is her own hype machine with very little to actually show for it.

They are simply places that vp's are designating to save some of their employees from leaving when they would have been told to move to a hub. It's a blatent loophole in the "hub" concept because these people in them are no more "excellent" than their counterparts in hubs and generally are worse than the ones who used to be virtual who were forced to move or be fired.

COE…
Centers of Expertise or Centers of Excellence, either way they never deliver what they claim o be.

Most like Centers of Exasperation.

The fact that no one can settle on if its "Center of Expertise" or "Center of Excellence" is hilarious to me. Based on the several posts i've seen, neither title fits because they're all trash environments to be in. Ego Centers.

I hope everyone in Richardson makes it through the year because all of the sh-t we hear way out here in California, I'm amazed at how that place is still open, let alone considered one of those centers of excellence. The rumor mill is working overtime and aftr some stuff we have seen come out in recent weeks as far as org changes and all these new AD's they have hired and brought in, I bet its all more true than false. A few of my friends were given the option to follow the work when their centers closed and they only got either Mesa or San Antonio and I told them be glad. The company still su-ks a-s, but at least you have the option of two that we haven't heard anything nefarious about.

we worked under Louie when he was over the eastern part of the company and his reputation was definitely that he had zero idea what he was doing. He asks questions to hear himself try and sound smart, not to actually try to solve issues. I saw a post earlier here that said "promoted because of who they know, not what they know", that dude is the clearest example. God speed to the folks working under him now.
