We all know the 7/16 day.. with CXO likely to be impacted.. does anyone have any insight in what deaprtments within CXO will be impacted.. Care, Tech, Bilingual or Case.. or all in some shape or form??

Within CXO, Entire UAT team has been laid off.. couple of AVPs have taken packages. Heard some Sr. Directors are also jumping the ship and taking packages. Do not know what will happen to the rest of us.

CXO is not the customer service departments you’ve listed. It’s the group that designs end to end experiences for specific work flows in groups
