Mortgage

A supervisor is already training contractors from India. She also included that December will be the last month for any remote employees left in the Mortgage Center. So we shall see.

@bg Being in a Tech role, on days I'm at home, I nearly always log in early to look for any system issues and take care of them well before anyone else arrives at the office, since I don't have to waste time preparing for a day away from home. On "butts in seats" days, they tend to persist several hours into the work day, and we get tons of complaints. Which one is truly better for USB?

@bc I am full time remote and support all those who hate RTO. I am also a GenX that supports new ways of thinking. The 1940 days of cluttered offices makes zero sense. WFH, you can easily use that 2 hours of drive time to deliver a higher quality product. People that are passionate about WFH realize this. RTO means less productive time. Period.

This is another writing on the wall there is a shift to USBI especially with remote workers who are here complaining about return to office.

Rule of Thumb - if you can work your job at home, your job can be worked overseas by someone cheaper than you.
