Will HCL be gone when their contract is up? Or will Big Red keep them around to muck up the works?

Verizon has moved all knowledge and business processes to HCL, they are so integrated with us, we can’t move on from them. Proof it was the plan all along.. HCL is useless
@a4 HCL is the company that Verizon is offloading jobs to. Its pretty bad, every group from field techs to the global noc are having same issues
HCL is crazy the whole offloading to them is not working out well at all. They will leave trouble calls in the middle of an outage to go on break. Employees going to HCL are losing salaries, vacation and tenure. Take the package and avoid hcl
We love acronyms but I don’t even know WTF HCL is to be honest with you my guy
If the guy who is getting the kick backs is still there they will stay.
