Victra will make all kinds of promises to you that everything will be the same or better than it was, but they're full of bullsh-t. If your store is bought by them, you're better off taking the severance and going on unemployment

Yes! I know this to be true some another coworker who took the option to move to third party. After the 3 months of being a store manager their pay was lowered and they became a rep/store manager. Take the severance all will work out!

My store in just got an email early saying we’re going indirect, don’t think it was suppose to happen.
why do you say that? what did they not live up to on promises?
