@OP yes it’s 2 weeks a year with cap at 35 weeks however the minimum is 4 weeks .
It’s 2 weeks for every year so no. I was laid off with just a few weeks until my 9th year and still only got severance as if I was there exactly 8 years. They literally hate the employees.
