Every NOC in the company, teams are being re-badged as contractors for CapGemini, who is taking over all NOC operations. They're being offered 60 days to accept a 6 month guaranteed contract with CapGemini. Their options after the 6 months is up is either a 6 month severance package or a contract extension

Charter laying off business planning and HR employees, slowing moving forward towards field OPS first will start with directors and managers and trickle down. Construction will restructure move towards a more contractor business.

@d7 yes it's the same one. The articles that have come out have only mentioned St Louis. But 150 or so between the NOC and SBNOC in Austin alone. They're restructuring video and network teams now... The same thing they did months prior to laying us off
